If an item is damaged in shipping, we will be happy to help. Please contact us with your order number and details, including pictures of the damaged item within 30 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, and the fact that many are vintage and not new merchandise, items are not eligible for return without reasonable cause. Please take care in reviewing product descriptions and photos before placing your order to be fully aware of the condition of the item.

If a refund is requested for any reason, please allow us 3-5 business days to review the case. If approved, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process our request.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. On average, domestic first class packages arrive in 5-7 business days (depending on destination and factors outside of our control). On average, domestic priority packages arrive in 3-5 business days (depending on your location and factors outside of our control). We observe all government holidays.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International shipping time depends on destination, customs and method selected during purchase. We cannot guarantee a time frame on international shipments, please contact your local postal carrier for issues or concerns. Buyer is responsible for paying any international customs fees and/or taxes issued by local postal services or other shipping carrier parties. Custom fees and/or taxes cannot be estimated during or after purchase by our company. We are not responsible or liable for costs associated with international shipping after we have dispatched the order.
Once we ship your order, we will provide you tracking information via the email address submitted during purchase or on your customer record. We cannot guarantee delivery occurs during the estimated or average time frame; the postal carrier is in control of the delivery once we have shipped it. Please contact the carrier for additional details or concerns. If you do not receive your shipment within 11 business days of placing your order, and the postal carrier has not given you any information, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate it further. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during purchase, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost if they want the item resent. If the item will not be resent, the buyer will be issued a refund for the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping paid. Please review your shipping details to ensure efficient delivery.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound or ounce, depending on the carrier requirements.
